Educated as a speech therapist in New York, she moved to Denmark in 1972 and began her musical career, performing as a country singer. She has collaborated with various artists and bands including The Pack and formed the trio Cowgirls. Rosanes achieved notable success, winning a Grammy and participating in the Melodi Grand Prix 2005. She is a dual citizen of Denmark and the USA and is known for her contributions to the country music genre.
