Tan See Seng was the 13th Principal of Chong Hwa High School Kluang in Johor, Malaysia, serving from 1981 to 1996. Under his leadership, student enrollment exceeded 3,000, making it one of the largest Chinese-language secondary schools in Malaysia. He played a key role in fundraising efforts for infrastructure development and organized the school's first National Dinner in 1992. Post-retirement, he served on the school's Board of Directors and was involved in various community initiatives until his passing in 2013.
