Tarek Soliman is a retired Egyptian footballer born on January 24, 1962, in Port Said. He represented Egypt in the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. He started his career in youth football at Bur Fouad Club before moving to Al-Masry. Soliman played in various youth tournaments and was part of the national team in the 1988 and 1992 Africa Cup of Nations. He had notable stints as a player from 1983 to 1995, reaching the Egypt Cup final three times before transitioning to coaching.
