Tarō Kaizan, born Shōzō Tominaga on October 13, 1928, is a former sumo wrestler from Japan. He hailed from what is now Tara Town in Saga Prefecture. Standing 181 cm tall and weighing 102 kg, his techniques included left-handed grappling, arm throws, and lifts. He achieved his highest rank of East Maegashira 2 in May 1958 and November 1960.
