Tasuku Sano (December 9, 1908 - September 20, 1996) was a notable Japanese musician active during the Showa era. He was primarily involved in jazz and popular music as a clarinetist, saxophonist, conductor, composer, and arranger. Later in life, he changed his name to Masami Sano and became known by this name. He also wrote lyrics under the pseudonym Masatomo Tatsuno. His son, Hiromi Sano, is also a saxophonist.
