Ted Power, born Horst Daum on January 26, 1948, was a German schlager singer and entertainer known for his contributions to the music scene in the 1990s. He began singing in a church choir before joining a beat band. Adopting the stage name Power while performing for Airbus, he released several music albums and hosted a weekly show on Radio Wuppertal. Power was also active in charity work, supporting social projects through benefit concerts in his hometown. He passed away from cancer at the age of 62 on September 10, 2010.
