Teddy Walter, born on December 10, 1955, is a Swedish musician known for his work as a bassist. After studying under Professor Thorvald Fredin at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm from 1975 to 1979, Walter gained experience as a SAMI scholarship holder and later as a regular substitute at the Royal Opera in Stockholm. He has been a member of several jazz groups, collaborated with numerous prominent Swedish and international artists, and participated in various television programs. He has also contributed to film music recordings and retired from Malmö Opera in December 2020.
