Tenko Slavov is a renowned Bulgarian musician and composer born on March 16, 1950, in Stara Zagora. He began his career with the band ‘Faktor’ led by Veso Todorov. The band later performed with Emil Dimitrov and was renamed ‘Sinyo-belite’, with Tenko as its leader. He has also played in ‘Makove’ and ‘Tangra’ bands, and later founded the group ‘Test’. His most famous hit is the song ‘Ako imash vreme’, which won the first prize at the Youth contest for light music in 1978.
