Tero Palmroth is a retired Finnish racing driver born on May 28, 1953, in Tampere, Finland. He competed in the CART series during the 1988 to 1992 seasons, participating in 12 races. Notably, he took part in the Indianapolis 500 from 1988 to 1991. His best performance in the CART series was securing the 12th position during the 1990 Indianapolis 500. Despite his efforts, he did not qualify for additional racing events beyond what he participated in.
