Terence John Cobner, born on January 10, 1946, is a former Welsh international rugby union player and British Lion. He had a significant rugby career and further contributed to the sport as the director of rugby for the Welsh Rugby Union starting in 1996. Cobner has been the President of the WRU since 2023. He was born in Blaenavon, Monmouthshire, and currently resides in Pontypool.
