Terry L. Huitink was an American jurist born on December 2, 1951, in Orange City, Iowa. He moved to Ireton, Iowa, with his family in 1961. After graduating from West Sioux High School in 1970, he obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and a law degree from Drake University. He practiced law and served as Ireton City Attorney before being appointed an Iowa District Court judge in 1988 and later serving on the Iowa Court of Appeals from 1994 until 2008. He passed away on June 22, 2014.
