Teruko Akashi was a Japanese actress and former top star of the Takarazuka Revue's Snow Troupe. Born on February 25, 1929, she was known for her role as an otokoyaku, or male-role player, and was affectionately called 'Terry'. She hailed from Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, and stood 162 cm tall during her time with the Takarazuka Revue. She passed away on December 31, 1985.
