Tetsuya Tsujihata is a Japanese musician and composer born on February 29, 1956, in Ube, Yamaguchi Prefecture. He graduated from Keio University with a degree in law and is known as the vocalist and guitarist of the band 'Picasso,' often referred to as 'Leader.' Tsujihata debuted with the band in 1984 and has since pursued a career as a composer and music producer. In 2000, he established his personal label 'METRONOM Records' and is also the president of 'PROJECT PICASSO.' He has launched a new local label called 'Pelican Tracks' in his hometown.
