Thierry Culliford is a Belgian comic author born on December 29, 1955, in Uccle. He continues his father Pierre Culliford's legacy, known as Peyo, particularly in the adventures of the Smurfs. Since 1983, he has been involved in the production of comic strips initiated by his father. After Peyo's passing on December 24, 1992, Thierry has ensured the continuity of his father's work as a collaborator and coordinator of the Smurfs' comic strips. Additionally, he was a member of the music group The Bowling Balls.
