Thomas Riley Armstrong (1909–2000) was an English cricketer who played for Derbyshire from 1929 to 1950. Born in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, he was a slow left-arm orthodox bowler, taking 133 first-class wickets with a best performance of 7 for 36. He also played as a left-hand batsman, achieving a top score of 28 not out and had an average of 6.28. Although he had a long career, he never won a Derbyshire cap. Armstrong also worked as an accountant at Jaguar and played during the war for Coventry. He passed away at 90.
