Thomas Edward Rogers was a British diplomat who served in various capacities within the Foreign Service. He was active in British Balochistan as an Assistant Political Agent from 1946 to 1947 and later became a Counsellor in Belgrade. He was appointed CMG in 1960 while serving in Belgrade and later held the position of British Ambassador to Colombia from 1970 to 1973. Rogers's contributions to diplomacy were recognized with his honors, including MBE and CMG.
