Thomas Norman Foster was an Australian Pentecostal minister and co-founder of the Christian Revival Crusade. He is associated with British Israelism and gained recognition for his work with the B.B.C. in 1953 during the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Foster also served as the Former Commissioner of the British-Israel-World Federation in Victoria and represented the Y.M.C.A. for the Australian Imperial Force. He authored several books focusing on British Israelism and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
