Thomas Graham Jr. is a former senior U.S. diplomat who played a pivotal role in international arms control negotiations from 1970 to 1997. He was instrumental in the SALT Treaties, START Treaties, ABM Treaty, and the NPT among others. Graham served as acting director of ACDA and President Bill Clinton's special representative for Arms Control. He also contributed to the Chemical and Biological Weapons Conventions, managing ratification processes. Additionally, he is involved with CanAlaska Uranium and is a member of various professional organizations.
