Erik Thomas Stråe Pålsson, born on April 7, 1956, in Engelbrekts församling, Stockholm, is a Swedish lawyer. He has served as acting director general for SGU since August 19, 2024, and previously held the same position at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office until August 14, 2024. From 2013 to 2021, he was the director general of Statens servicecenter. Pålsson also serves as vice-chairman of the Swedish Arts Council and is a member of the Agency for Health and Care Analysis and the Equality Authority's advisory council.
