Tihanna Vorster is a retired South African sprinter born on March 28, 1985, who specialized in the 400 meters. She participated in the 4 × 400 meters relay at the 2004 World Junior Championships but the team was disqualified. Vorster achieved success at the 2007 All-Africa Games, winning a silver medal. She also competed at the 2008 African Championships without reaching the final. Her personal best time of 54.12 seconds was set in April 2003 in Durban.
