Captain Timothy Arthur Forster, OBE, commonly known as Tim Forster, was an English racehorse trainer and former amateur jockey born on February 27, 1934. He achieved significant success as a trainer, securing a total of 1,346 winners, including winning the prestigious Grand National three times at Aintree in Liverpool. Forster's final appearance as a licensed trainer occurred on May 30, 1998, when he achieved victory with a horse named Albermarle in a novice chase at Market Rasen. He passed away on April 21, 1999.
