Tomás Eduardo Tovar Rascón, known as Tito Torbellino, was a Mexican-American singer active in the regional Mexican music scene. Born on May 24, 1981, in Phoenix, Arizona, he rose to prominence performing across the southwestern United States and Northern Mexico. Tragically, on May 29, 2014, just five days after his 33rd birthday, he was murdered while dining at El Red Restaurant in Ciudad Obregón, Mexico. His death remains under investigation.
