Tjaša Andrée-Prosenc, born on January 5, 1943, in Slovenia, is the Vice President of the International Council of Sports Arbitration (ICAS) and a former Yugoslav champion in figure skating. She completed her education in Ljubljana, attending Lidina primary school and a grammar school before studying law at the University of Ljubljana. From 1965 to 1968, she interned in a court and a law firm. She passed the bar exam in 1968 and established an independent law practice the same year.
