Todd Kauffman is a Canadian animator and designer, born on February 13, 1971, in Welland. He is recognized for creating animated series such as I Fantaeroi, Grojband, and Looped - È sempre lunedì. After studying at Sheridan College, he spent much of his career at Nelvana and co-founded Neptoon Studios in 2003. Kauffman directed and designed the reality animated series Total Drama - The Island and Total Drama - Action!, receiving a Gemini Award in 2008 for Best Animated Series.
