Todd T. Semonite (born May 29, 1957) is a retired United States Army officer who served as the 54th Chief of Engineers of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and was commissioned in 1979. He also holds a Master's degree from the University of Vermont and a Master's degree in Military Arts and Science from the US Army Command and General Staff College. He was succeeded by Scott A. Spellmon in January 2020.
