Thomas E. Allen is an American football coach born on March 14, 1970. He is currently the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Pennsylvania State University. Previously, he served as head coach at Indiana University from 2017 to 2023, where he was honored as Big Ten Coach of the Year and AFCA Coach of the Year in 2020. Allen has also held assistant coaching positions at several universities and was a high school coach at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis.
