Tom Bliss is a retired American professional rugby union player born on March 12, 1993, in New York. He moved to England with his family at the age of 5 months. During his career, he played as a scrum half for the San Diego Breakers in PRO Rugby and Wasps in the English Premiership, also representing the United States internationally. Bliss retired from professional rugby in 2017 due to the long-term effects of repeated concussions. He is currently a Personal Trainer, operating under the name TOMBLISSFIT.
