Thomas C. Boisture was an influential American football coach and scout known for his contributions in high school and college football, as well as for his work in the NFL. He held significant roles with the New England Patriots as a scout from 1970 to 1979 and later served as the Director of Player Personnel and Vice President of Player Personnel for the New York Giants from 1980 until his retirement in 2000. Boisture's expertise in player evaluation played a vital role in the development of NFL talent.
