Thomas Henry Gloy, born on June 11, 1947, in Lafayette, California, is a retired American race car driver. He competed in the CART Championship Car series during the 1980 and 1984 seasons, starting six races in total, including the prestigious Indianapolis 500 in 1984. Gloy achieved success in 1979 by winning the Formula Atlantic Series Championship and later participated in the IROC series. He also owned a team in NASCAR's Craftsman Truck Series and served as president of Blair Racing, which raced in the IRL IndyCar Series.
