Tom S. Englund is a Swedish metal guitarist and singer born on December 14, 1973. He is the last remaining founding member of the progressive metal band Evergrey and also works as a producer. Englund has released three albums with Vikram Shankar under the project name Silent Skies. His ex-wife, Carina Englund, a guitarist, contributed background vocals to most of Evergrey's releases. They have a daughter who performed in the choir on The Storm Within. Englund's vocal style is often described as rough or raw.
