Tom Shull is an American businessman who currently serves as the Director and CEO of the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, one of the largest retailers for the Department of Defense. He joined the organization in 2012, making history as the first civilian to lead its operations. Under his leadership, the Exchange has been recognized as No. 54 on the National Retail Federation's Top 100 Retailers list. In addition to his role as CEO, Shull is a member of the Exchange's board of directors.
