Tomáš Březina is a Czech entrepreneur, born on February 21, 1957, in Prague. He is the founder and former director and sole owner of BEST, a leading Czech manufacturer of concrete construction elements, earning him the nicknames "the concrete king" and "the concrete Baťa." From 1996 to 1998, he served as a member of the Czech Parliament for the Civic Democratic Party and later for the Union of Freedom. He founded and leads the Czech Association of Concrete Makers and previously headed the Association of Garden Architecture Manufacturers.
