Tomáš Hudeček, born on May 10, 1979, in Olomouc, is a Czech politician from the TOP 09 party. He has served as the Mayor of Prague since June 20, 2013. Growing up in Olomouc in the former Czechoslovakia, Hudeček studied Mathematics and Geography at university. His political career began in 2009 when he joined the newly established TOP 09 party. He was officially elected as 'Primátor' of Prague with a vote of 36 out of 43 on June 20, 2013.
