Tommy Grønsaas (born June 14, 1958, died December 4, 1989) was a Norwegian discus thrower who had notable placements in the Norwegian Championships during the 1980s. He represented Norway in two senior international matches against Sweden and France. Grønsaas won a national championship gold in high jump without a run-up in 1981, achieving a height of 1.70 meters, which was a county record for Buskerud. He also earned a silver and bronze medal in the same event during his career.
