He founded Skottes music theater and played in Spilld mjölk, contributing to multiple albums. In 1980, he moved to Stockholm for music studies, and formed Tvist in 1982. Later, he collaborated in the trio Abash and toured in Europe. Now residing in Luleå, he teaches music production and composition at an aesthetic program while performing with bands like Hardly.
