Tomoyoshi Itō is a Japanese computer scientist and manga writer, born on April 24, 1962. He is a professor at Chiba University. In 1989, he worked under Daichiro Sugimoto at the University of Tokyo, contributing to the development of hardware for early versions of GRAPE, a computer designed for solving complex problems in astronomy.
