Tony Alvin Ables is an American serial killer born on December 28, 1954. He is known for murdering one man and three women and girls in the Tampa Bay area. Convicted of two murders, he was later linked through DNA evidence to two more murders. Despite his relationship with one victim, Deborah Kisor, Ables was not charged for her death. He is serving a life sentence for the murder of his girlfriend, Marlene Burns, in 1990.
