Tony McKenna is a former Irish politician who was a member of the Fianna Fáil party. He served in Seanad Éireann, having been elected in 1987 through the Cultural and Educational Panel. Although he lost his position in the 1989 election, he was later nominated again by the Taoiseach Charles Haughey to the 19th Seanad. Born on 22 August 1939, McKenna is noted for his involvement in the Irish legislative process during his tenure.
