Toomas Kasemaa, born on February 23, 1968, in Kuressaare, is an Estonian official and politician. He served as the Governor of Saare County from July 24, 2006, to July 23, 2011. Prior to this, he was the Head of the Border Policy Bureau at the Ministry of the Interior and the Border Guard Commander of Saaremaa. He graduated from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and the Baltic Defence College. His hobbies include sailing and orienteering, and he is involved in various organizations such as the Saaremaa Sailing Society and the Estonian Reserve Officers' Association.
