Toos Faber-de Heer (1929–2020) was a notable Dutch journalist and justice information officer. Born in Batavia, she gained prominence as the spokesperson for Minister of Justice Dries van Agt during critical events like the 1975 Dutch train hostage crisis and the 1977 Dutch train hijacking. She was considered for the role of secretary of state at the Ministry of Defense but did not secure the position. Faber also co-presented the television series Het Capitool in 1981. She passed away in The Hague at the age of 91.
