Tor Inge Martinsen (July 3, 1953 - April 1, 2022) was a Norwegian local politician and sports announcer from Hamar. He represented the By- og bygdelista (BBL) in local politics. In sports, he focused mainly on handball, serving as the announcer for Storhamar Håndball and Elverum Håndball, and was also a national team announcer for many events. He commented on over 222 international senior-level matches, both men's and women's. Notably, he is the only announcer in the world to commentate a handball final in the World Cup, European Championship, and Olympic Games.
