Torgeir Kvalvaag is a Norwegian journalist and former foreign correspondent for NRK, born on April 2, 1942. He started his career in journalism with Associated Press in 1971 and later worked for Vårt Land. Kvalvaag was employed at NRK from 1973 to 2005, initially as a reporter and program leader. From 1986 to 1990, he served as NRK's correspondent in the Middle East, based in Amman, Jordan. He has also worked for organizations like Norges Industriforbund and Norges Rederiforbund.
