Toshio Chōnan (born January 9, 1941) is a former Sapporo television announcer. He graduated from Nihon University with a degree in sociology and joined Sapporo Television Broadcasting in 1963, introducing the Beatles to Hokkaido. He worked as a news anchor and a London correspondent, reporting on significant events like the Brighton hotel bombing. After retirement in 2000, Chōnan became a media producer, serving various educational institutions as a part-time lecturer and producing media projects.
