Trần Triệu Quân (1952-2010) was a Vietnamese-Canadian taekwondo grandmaster and professional engineer. He began studying taekwondo at age 12 and achieved a black belt by 17. After emigrating to Canada in 1970, he founded the first taekwondo schools in eastern Canada. He served as president of an ITF group from 2003 until his death in the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Trần was a successful consultant in building standards and had a notable family, with his children also holding black belts in taekwondo.
