William Troy Dungan Jr. is a retired American meteorologist known for his 30-year tenure as chief weather anchor at WFAA-TV in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Baylor University and received meteorological training from the National Engineering Science Company. Dungan began his career in 1958 at KWTX-TV and went on to work at various television stations, where he became notable for using the 5-day weather forecast. He transitioned to presenting weather only in the evening news segment before retiring in 2007 and later became a spokesperson for 50 Floor.
