Troy Graves, born on May 4, 1972, is a notorious American serial rapist and murderer, specifically known for the murder of Shannon Schieber. Active between 1997 and 1999 in Philadelphia as the 'Center City rapist', he escalated his crimes to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2001. Arrested in 2002, he is now serving a life sentence at the Sterling Correctional Facility in Sterling, Colorado.
