Troy Matthew Kastigar was an American jihadist who fought for the al-Shabaab militia in Somalia. Born on March 16, 1981, he attended Robbinsdale Cooper High School in Minnesota. Kastigar was killed in Somalia in 2009, and he is noted alongside Douglas McCain, another American jihadist who died in Syria in 2014, with whom he may have shared a living space.
