Tsuyoshi Nakamura (born February 9, 1944) is the mayor of Tobe Town, Ehime Prefecture, Japan. He started his career in the travel industry in Matsuyama. In 2002, he entered the mayoral race for the former Tobe Town, winning against the incumbent. Following the merger of towns in 2005, he became the first mayor of the new Tobe Town. He was re-elected in 2009, defeating new candidates.
