Tuomas Holopainen, born on December 25, 1976, is a Finnish singer, songwriter, musician, and producer who began his artistic career in 1992. He is a key member of the band Nightwish. Holopainen has written many songs featured in film soundtracks and collaborated with Marco Hietala on the song 'While Your Lips Are Still Red' for the Finnish film Lieksa! in 2007. He also co-wrote the music for the Nightwish film Imaginaerum, released in November 2012, and released his debut solo album 'Music Inspired by Life and Times of Scrooge' in 2014.
