Jorge Ubeimar Delgado Blandón, born on October 15, 1952, in Riofrío, is a Colombian conservative politician. He was elected as the governor of Valle del Cauca department on July 1, 2012, in special elections to replace the dismissed Héctor Fabio Useche, and he took office on July 6, 2012. Before serving as governor, Delgado was a councilor in Cali and also held positions as a representative and senator.
